what allergens are in your products?

Please note that food is prepared in a home kitchen that handles all allergens. Please visit our page for a detailed breakdown per product.

what is your food hygiene rating?

We have a 5 star food hygiene rating! We have undergone appropriate training in allergens and hold a level 2 certificate in food hygiene.

do you offer giftcards?

We’re currently not able to sell gift cards through our website, however if you’d like to purchase one, please email into crumbsnorwich@outlook.co.uk. Please note gift cards can currently only be redeemed through orders made over email.

how can I provide feedback?

can you cater for different dietary requirements?

Unfortunately we are not currently offering vegan or gluten free options, however we do hope to be able to offer this in the future.

when will my order be posted?

Our cookies are baked to order each week. Our website is open for orders between Friday - Tuesday and all boxes will be shipped with Royal Mail 24hr delivery on Thursday.

do you offer local collection?

Yes! Cookie collection is available on a Thursday between 12:00-13:00 and 18:00-20:00. After ordering, we will be in touch via the information you provided at checkout (text or email) to share our address.

If these timings do not work for you, please pop us an email before ordering.

can I leave a gift note?

Yes! There is an option to add a gift note on the checkout page. These will be handwritten on an A6 card so please bare this in mind and keep them fairly brief.

what are your terms and conditions?

Cookies

Collection: if you selected local collection on a Thursday and you do not collect your order, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund. We will hold it until Friday at midday and after this point your order will be discarded.

Order Cancellation: We are happy to refund your order if you notify us by 6pm on the Tuesday. All orders are baked fresh on a Wednesday so will not be able to be cancelled after this time.
